Vancouver born and raised. I work in operations & planning — currently a Production Controller at Seaspan ULC, keeping complex shipbuilding schedules on track. I think in systems, work in spreadsheets, and find the most satisfaction in making complicated things run clean.
When I'm not at work I'm in the terraces with the Vancouver Southsiders — Whitecaps FC's supporter group. Rain, shine, home, or away. I also help coordinate tifo operations: the planning, logistics, and production systems that bring the displays to life on matchday.
Vintage tech enthusiast. Currently modding an iPod Classic — first hardware project since I was a teenager. The 90s internet aesthetic of this site is not accidental.

Tifo Calculator Sheet — Spreadsheet tool for the Vancouver Southsiders. Calculates paint volume, labour hours, and volunteer headcount required for tifo builds based on size and materials. Core infrastructure for production planning.
Southsiders Tifo Operations Manual — A 7-phase stage-gate workflow system for tifo delivery. Covers intake, concept, feasibility modeling, approvals, production planning, fabrication QA, matchday deployment, and post-mortem. Culture is emotion. Execution is systems.
Production Tracking Templates — Milestone and resource tracking checklists built for daily ops use. Designed to reduce downtime and keep complex schedules visible.
iPod Classic Mod — Ongoing hardware project: Rockbox firmware, upgraded storage, audio output improvements. First mod since being a teenager.
